I have got two of these cheap Chinese RFID door lock control system. They claimed that it includes an English user manual, however, couldn’t find it inside! With some Chinese guessing and trial-error, here is a new user manual for the device shown below:

YOUHE YH2000-C RFID System

To introduce a new card / key-chain:

Press: # > 12345 > 41 > # > read new card > read more cards if needed > # > *

To remove a card / key-chain:

Press: # > 12345 > 61 > # > read the card to be removed > read more cards if needed > # > *

To enable access control using password:

Press: # > 12345 > 301 > *

To disable access control using password

Press: # > 12345 > 300 > *

To change admin password:

Press: # > 12345 > 1 > enter your new password of 5 digits > *

To change public access password:

Press: # > 12345 > 2 > enter your new password of 4 digits > *

Factory default admin password is “12345” and public access password is “8888”.

Hope it was useful.

Edit:

In case people loose the Chinese manual, here is the connection diagram for the connectors behind the unit: Connection Diagram for YH-2000C

Edit:
Thanks to Levas for his kind comment that points to a better manual than what I wrote:

Sir may I ask. The device does work without ab RFID right? Just direct to the password. I’ve gotten to have some functions work except opening / unlocking the door magnet. Hmm…I might have some wiring screwed up. Can you help again? There is a switch inside that I am pushing to reset the device. THanks!

      • As far as I know, the device can be activated directly with the password, without needing an RFID tag. You should enable access control using password and then change the public password if needed. I do not know anything about your door magnet. However if the relay works inside but not your magnet, then you either have some connections screwed up or your magnet is not compatible with the device. I have no experience on the wiring itself, just re-check according to the diagram.

i got the same device. the numbers after entering the admin mode is different.
its 0(registering a new user) – 6(exit from admin mode.). i’vechecked the proximity card reader good. but i’m having trouble connecting this to a maglock . please help me.my mag lock has (+ , – , NC, C, NO ) terminals. how should i wire.

      • I think you are going to connect “+” and “-” to the supply rails. NC means normally closed, NO means normally open and C means common.

After connecting the supply rails, try shorting NO and C for a very short time. That is just a wild guess by the way.

Do you have any part or model number written on the magnetic lock? You should try Google-ing it if you have.

        Hi,
I have same unit too. i had successfully set up the wiring from access keypad to magnetic lock, power supply and a push button and it works properly. But
when i try to register a new user or new RFID card it wont work. trying to read the manual it says “0” to register a new user.

Could somebody help me to register a user or a new RFID card?

        Thank in advance

      Thanks very much.
